Most recently, Katelyn is currently the chief education strategist at emPOWERED PD: PD by MiEN, where she leads the team in providing PD to schools across the country. Katelyn is most proud of the difference she has made in adolescents’ lives and that she is still getting invited to their weddings and serving them in the capacity of a mentor and friend. She and her Shih Tzu, Penelope, and cat, Petunia, live two exits from Disney, where she’s an annual passholder. She’s also an annual passholder at Universal Studios. Katelyn’s favorite color is glitter, and she’s happy to work for gold stars. Her motto: “Your day will go the way the corners of your mouth turn.”
